HEC Members have the opportunity to partner with the Council with the development of customized surveys conducted on their behalf to provide a survey report based on their specific business needs and initiatives.
We also conduct employee opinion surveys to help organizations identify gaps between being an employer of choice and being merely an employer.
As a third party, the Council manages all aspects of the survey process to reduce the risk of anti-trust concerns.
In managing Custom Surveys that support the organization's business needs, the Council assists with the following:
- Survey Development: Develop a questionnaire tailored to meet specific business needs.
- Distribution Group: Develop the survey participant group in partnership with the organization based on key demographic considerations.
- Execution: Distribution of the survey to the participant group. Collection and analysis of the data, and the development of the final report. Maintain the Council's high standards of confidentiality throughout the entire process and present the results as aggregate information in order to guard the identification of participants. Distribution of the final report all participants.
HEC shall administer the survey in accordance with the Safe Harbor Guidelines jointly published by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in 1996.
