At the Hawaii Employers Council (HEC), we value collaboration and community partnership. Sponsorship opportunities for our events—such as the annual Talent Summit, training workshops, and leadership forums—offer organizations the chance to align with HEC’s mission of making work better in Hawai‘i.
We welcome sponsorship inquiries from organizations that share our values and are committed to empowering Hawai‘i’s workforce. Sponsors benefit from exposure to a statewide audience of HR leaders, executives, and decision-makers and play a vital role in supporting workforce development in our islands.
Our Sponsorship Guidelines Include:
- Mission Alignment: Sponsors should align with HEC’s mission and values, supporting initiatives that strengthen local businesses and empower people at work.
- Brand Fit: Sponsorships must reflect a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and inclusivity.
- Business Conflict Considerations: HEC reserves the right to decline sponsorships from organizations whose services or offerings may directly compete with HEC’s, those of our key partners, or with our own mission.
- Final Approval: All sponsorships are subject to review and approval by HEC. We may limit or refuse sponsorship that could create a conflict of interest or compromise our commitment to serving members objectively.
HEC remains grateful to our sponsors and partners whose support helps us deliver high-quality events that shape Hawai‘i’s workforce of tomorrow.
