  • Assessment Deployment and Reporting
  • Three Virtual Training & Coaching Sessions Facilitated by HEC’s Certified Korn Ferry 360 Coach, Tracie Foglia:
    1. One-hour kickoff session with leaders on the “why,” process, and outcomes of the assessment:
    2. One-hour group training for selected assessment raters to ensure meaningful, accurate feedback.
    3. One-hour individualized debriefing with each participant to review results and identify development actions.

For organizations assessing multiple leaders, HEC also offers a group report that identifies leadership trends and collective strengths or development gaps across your leadership team—providing a strategic view of where to focus development efforts companywide.
