Paul Saito, Partner, Cades Schutte LLP. Mr. Saito received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.

He is actively involved in counseling and educating business owners and managers on employment law issues through the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, the Society for Human Resource Management certification programs, and the University of Hawaiʻiís Outreach College.

Mr. Saito served as the Chair of the Hawaii State Bar Associationís Labor & Employment Section, as a member of the board of directors for Society for Human Resources Management, Hawaii Chapter and chaired its Government and Legislative Affairs Committee. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as Chairman of the Human Resources Committee for the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, as a member of the Chamberís Government Affairs Council, and has represented employers on the Stateís Criminal History Record Checks Working Group. He was honored by the Chamber with its Chairmanís Award, in 2002, and Presidentís Award, in 2003, in appreciation of the countless hours he has devoted to representing employers before the Hawaii Legislature. He currently serves on the board of Palama Settlement and on the boards and executive committees of Catholic Charities of Hawaii and the Hawaii Employers Council. He volunteers his time with several community based organizations and he is president of the Rotary Club of Honolulu.
