Dawn has over 16 years of experience in human resources, compensation, employee relations, and labor relations. Prior to joining the Council, Dawn was the HR Business Partner for the Hertz Corporation in Kahului, HI. Other previous work experiences include Compensation and Classification Supervisor for the City of Seattle; Sr. HR Business Partner for Tyler Technologies.As the Manager of Surveys and Compensation Services, Dawn will be providing to Hawaii Employers Council’s members valuable research services and comprehensive survey reports covering compensation, benefits and human resources trends. She will also provide compensation consulting services, assisting members with review, enhancement and/or development of compensation strategy, structure and programs.
Dawn has a Master’s of Business Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from Oregon State University. She is a member of SHRM, is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a member of World at Work.
