Leadership Academy was never intended to be a one-and-done experience.
This intentional gathering brings together alumni from Cohorts 1 and 2 for continued leadership growth, meaningful reconnection, and honest conversation around the realities of people-centered leadership.
Together, we’ll reflect on how leadership has evolved since HLA, explore the challenges and opportunities of leading through change, and continue strengthening our ability to lead through differing work preferences, perspectives, and communication styles.
Through facilitated discussion, peer connection, reflection, and shared learning, this Leadership Lab creates space to:
-
Reconnect with fellow HLA alumni
- Reflect on leadership growth, application, and challenges since the program
- Continue building people-centric leadership practices
- Strengthen intentional approaches to change management and leading through preferences
This is an opportunity to step back from day-to-day demands, reconnect with your leadership community, and continue investing in the kind of leadership Hawai‘i needs.
