HEC administers the website at "http://www.hecouncil.org" (the "website"). The website provides information about Hawaii Employers Council (“HEC”).

These Terms of Service are effective immediately for users accessing HEC’s website or services with or without an account. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HEC’s products and services, including but not limited to events hosted by HEC, communications, newsletters, and other online resources.

Information We Collect

HEC will retain information as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations.
