NOTE: Employers are required to display federal and state employment law notices and posters in a conspicuous place that is regularly visited by employees (i.e., designated bulletin board, lunchroom, break room, or conference room). These notices and posters inform employees and prospective employees of their rights under federal and state employment laws and regulations. Physical posting is required by law. Failure to post the required, current federal and state employment law notices can result in fines.
Employers covered by the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, Railway Labor Act, Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act, or other Executive Orders may be required to post other notices.
