Your HEC Member Experience, UPGRADED

 

We are excited to officially launch our redesigned HEC website and new iMIS-powered member platform. This is a major step in how we support our member community, with simpler self-service tools and a better online experience.

What’s new for members

The new member platform is built to make it easier to keep your information up to date and handle common tasks without extra back-and-forth. Starting today, members can:

  • Update your organization’s profile and staff roster.
  • Manage Company Administrator access.
  • Register individuals or groups for HEC events and programs.
  • View and handle invoices online.

A quick note about registrations

As part of the system transition, online registration is now available through the new site.

First-time sign-in: set your new password

To sign in to the new website for the first time, you will need to create a new password:

  1. Go to the HEC website and click Sign In
  2. Click “Forgot password?”
  3. Enter your email address (the one connected to your HEC account)
  4. Follow the reset email to set your new password, then sign in

Best-practice tips:

  •  If you do not see the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
  • Add hecouncil.org to your safe sender’s list so password emails do not get filtered.
  • If your email has changed or you are not sure what email is on file, contact your Company Administrator or reach out to HEC for help.

Company Administrators: What to Know

If you are your organization’s Primary HR Contact, you have a new role in the system. Your Primary HR Contact is the initial Company Administrator, with access to manage your organization’s profile, staff roster, and administrators.

Company Administrators can also register employees for events and programs more easily, which is especially helpful for organizations that enroll multiple attendees throughout the year.

Over time, organizations can assign additional Company Administrators as needed. If others on your team regularly handle registrations or need ongoing access to the member portal, this is a good moment to add them. training sessions? Watch the recording.

We held live trainings for Company Administrators to walk through the new website and member platform. If you were not able to join live, you can view the recording and follow along at your own pace.
