Fundamentals of Supervision (FOS 3) - Leading Generations in the Workplace

Course Description:

There is no denying that the landscape of our workforce is transforming. Leaders are realizing the complexities involved in leading a multigenerational workforce, and the importance of understanding the varying core values, work ethics and communication styles of each generation. In this course you will learn about challenges and benefits of the varying styles and the strategies to adopt as a leader to engage, motivate and empower your team to practice inclusivity and thrive in their collaboration and achievements individually and as a team.

The Fundamentals of Supervision courses are an introduction to important knowledge and skills required to effectively manage a team. Valuable for a first-time supervisor or as a good back-to-basics refresher courses for any supervisor. Register for the entire series or individual sessions.

Cancellation and Class Switching Policy

Cancellations must be made 7 days before the class date to receive a refund. 

There will be no refunds for No Shows.

 

Digital Certificates of Completion and Badges

Learners who complete all courses in this series within a 12-month period will receive a digital Certificate of Completion and badge to celebrate their achievement. By registering for this series, you agree to allow HEC to release your name and email address to a third-party digital credentialing service (Certifier) to issue your certificate and badge to you via email. If you do not want a Certificate of Completion or badge, please send notification to [email protected] prior to completing the final course in the series.
