In Person Event - Workforce Analysis Workshop

About the Speaker:
Sarah Guay is the President and CEO of Hawaii Employers Council. She's a thought leader in the areas of purpose-driven leadership and human-focused workplaces. Guay has over 20 years experience in Human Resources, leading leadership development and change management initiatives at several of Hawaii's Best Places to Work. Sarah is passionate about the employee experience and empowers employers to design workplaces where their people are respected, valued and trusted to bring their best selves to work.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Washington State University.
