For all members who participated in the 2025 Employee Engagement Survey—thank you and we’ll see you on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. for the complimentary high-level 2025 employee engagement survey debrief session.
Following the complimentary September 16th debrief, participating members have a special opportunity to translate your survey data into meaningful action in two practical ways:
- 2-hour Strategic Session - $1000 (virtual, or in-person if travel expenses are covered)
- Pinpoint the key opportunities that will have the biggest impact on engagement
- Show you exactly where to focus for the greatest return
- Deliver ready-to-implement solutions you can start using immediately
- 1-hour In-Person Focus Group Facilitation - $1,500 (includes travel costs)
- Facilitation by an unbiased third party for honest employee feedback
- Meet with employees you designate for the focus group
- Guide employee-owned solution brainstorming for: (a) survey-identified challenges and areas for improvements; and (b) survey-identified wins to keep engagement strong.
- An emailed report with findings and recommendations based on the focus group, or a $500 virtual debrief with leadership/stakeholders to discuss outcomes
