Course Description:

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging should be at the forefront of every organization’s business initiatives. This course will explore what DEIB is, how it benefits both organizations and employees, and the role supervisors and managers play in upholding these values for their company.

Learning Objectives

• Define Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
• Describe the way DEIB benefits an organization
• Understand what implicit bias and microaggressions are
• Discover how to apply DEIB to the work you do as a supervisor

The Fundamentals of Supervision courses are an introduction to important knowledge and skills required to effectively manage a team.  Valuable for the first-time supervisor or as good refresher back-to-basics courses for any supervisor. Register for the entire series or individual sessions.

Cancellations must be made 7 days before the class date to receive a refund. 
Requests for rescheduling must be made 2 days before the class date.

There will be no refunds or rescheduling options for No Shows.
