Interviewing and Selecting - Virtual Interactive Workshop
Course Description:
Attendees will learn the techniques to successfully prepare for and conduct an interview, including what to look for on an application form, how to ask appropriate job-related questions, and what questions to avoid that could be considered unlawful. Attendees will have an opportunity to create interview questions and practice the concepts taught in class.

- Understand the importance of job descriptions within hiring
- Evaluate the recruiting process
- Learn how to prepare and conduct interviews
- Discuss important factors to consider when evaluating candidates
The Fundamentals of Supervision courses are an introduction to important knowledge and skills required to effectively manage a team. Valuable for the first-time supervisor or as good refresher back-to-basics courses for any supervisor. Register for the entire series or individual sessions.

Requests for rescheduling must be made 2 days before the class date.
