Appraising Performance: An Ongoing Process - Virtual Interactive Workshop
Course Description:
This course expands from the Building Employee Performance course to instruct supervisors on how to appraise the performance that they have invested in managing. Attendees will learn the logistics behind measuring and evaluating performance by finding evidence of performance through an understanding of job duties and responsibilities, how to effectively prepare and conduct the appraisal meeting, as well as how to provide the sort of feedback and development plans that will motivate employees to realize their potential.

- Understand how performance is measured and evaluated
- Learn how to prepare for and conduct the performance appraisal meeting
- Discuss how to provide positive and developmental feedback
- Determine how to make decisions to develop future performance
