Understand the roles and responsibilities as a supervisor in creating a harassment-free workplace and cultivating a respectful work culture and environment. Learn to identify harassment at work and gain tips on how to handle related complaints.

The Fundamentals of Supervision courses are an introduction to important knowledge and skills required to effectively manage a team.  Valuable for the first-time supervisor or as good refresher back-to-basics courses for any supervisor. Register for the entire series or individual sessions.

Cancellation and Class Switching Policy

Cancellations must be made 7 days before the class date to receive a refund. 
Requests for rescheduling must be made 2 days before the class date.

There will be no refunds or rescheduling options for No Shows.
