Too Many Meetings? Use Continuous Improvement to Review and Improve Your Current Meeting Culture

Meetings can be time consuming and expensive, only taking away from our capacity and prioritized work. But if meetings are used properly they could be utilized to enhance communication, make decisions faster, and even create efficiency. If you feel that your current meeting culture could use some changes or if you just want to understand best practices, this complimentary session for HEC members is for you!
About the Speaker:
Joe Bolton joined HEC in 2024 with over 20 years of experience within Hawaii in Learning and Development, Lean Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement. Joe has experience in retail, hospitality, and, most recently, the airline industry. In his roles, Joe partnered with executive and senior leadership to identify and implement strategy while working with leadership and employees to implement change in both departmental and company-wide initiatives. Joe was responsible for training and certifying leaders in Lean Six Sigma and led Learning and Development and Continuous Improvement teams at the director level in hospitality and aviation. Joe holds a Master of Education in Learning Technology and Instructional Design, a Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, and a Change Management Specialist certification.
At HEC, Joe delivers Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma training and certification while providing strategic solutions for process improvement and change management for organizations.
