About the Speaker:

Dawn Mitchell brings over 20 years of diverse experience in human resources, compensation, employee relations, and labor relations. Her previous roles include Compensation and Classification Supervisor for the City of Seattle and Senior HR Business Partner at Tyler Technologies.

In her current role as Manager of Surveys and Compensation Services at the Hawaii Employers Council, Dawn provides members with valuable research and analytical support through comprehensive compensation, benefits, and human resources survey reports. She also offers compensation consulting services, assisting organizations with the development, enhancement, and implementation of compensation strategies, structures, and programs.

Dawn holds a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and an active member of WorldatWork.
