Understand the Case for Change — Why traditional hiring screens limit access to qualified candidates and how skills-first practices open new talent pipelines.

Learn What Skills & Capacity Really Mean — Explore clear definitions, practical examples, and what “capacity” looks like in real workplace settings.

Discover How WorkHawaiʻi Supports Employers — From WIOA pipelines and candidate pre-screening to on-the-job training reimbursements and training partnerships.

Hear a Real Employer Story — An HEC member will highlight their work hiring based on skills.

Get No-Cost, Actionable Next Steps — Practical ways organizations can pilot or expand skills-first practices in collaboration with WorkHawaiʻi.

Whether you're beginning to explore skills-based hiring or are ready to take the next step, this webinar will give you tools, examples, and partnerships to strengthen your hiring strategies and build a more resilient Hawaii workforce.
