OSHA 300 Log & 2026 Reporting Update by Atlas Insurance
In 2026, OSHA continues the core OSHA 300/300A/301 record-keeping requirements, but electronic reporting expectations have expanded for certain employers, including case-specific submissions from the OSHA 300 Log and OSHA 301 Incident Reports for covered establishments.
Atlas Insurance Agency is offering this 1-hour training* to give employers a practical walkthrough of:
- How to finalize your 2025 OSHA 300 Log and OSHA 301 Incident Reports
- How to complete and certify the 2025 OSHA 300A summary
- Who must submit electronically through OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application (ITA) and what must be submitted by March 2, 2026.
- How to avoid common errors—especially around personally identifiable information (PII) in submitted data.
