Karen Honma, VP and Director of Membership Development, is responsible for recruiting new companies into membership, ensuring member satisfaction and forming strategic alliances which enhance membership development. She has over 16 years experience in customer services and client satisfaction.

Karen has a Bachelor of Science, with an emphasis in Education, and a Masters of Arts from Kent State University. She also has a Masters of Reading Education from the University of Arizona. She is an active volunteer for Hospice Hawaii, is a board member for Shenpen Foundation and Past President of the American Marketing Association (Honolulu Chapter).
