HEC members can access to a host of valuable compensation and benefits surveys that will help ensure accurate decision-making. In response to feedback that it is challenging for members to work on surveys in the latter part of the year, HEC has scheduled three surveys to be conducted earlier in 2014.
- The Professional, Administration and Salary Survey will be moved to April and final report distribution will occur in August.
- The Non-Profit Survey will be moved to July and final report distribution will occur in November.
- The Credit Union survey will be moved to July and final report distribution will occur in November.
