The legislative session opened on January 15 and is in full swing at the Capitol. The deadline for legislators to introduce bills was January 23, and HEC is closely monitoring those that are of interest to members. The Council's Legislative Digest for the 2014 Legislative Session is now available to members, along with an article by Senior HR Consultant & Assistant General Counsel Ryan Sanada highlighting several bills that may be of particular interest.
