Hawaii Employers council is proud to partner with Dale Carnegie Training Hawaii to bring you Get the Leadership Edge:  A Leadership Development Series.  This three-part series will cover some of the key principles of effective leadership, providing you with practical tools and techniques to add to your leadership toolkit!

To kick off the series, Joe Cardiello, Director of Training for Dale Carnegie Training of Hawaii & Guam, will present a morning program in HEC's Kahili Meeting Room on April 16.  The program, entitled "Creating Employee Engagement," will allow participants to explore the power of an engaged workforce, and examine opportunities where they can positively impact their professional relationships with staff.  By defining principles for changing their own behavior as leaders, participants can be more productive and professional in their work relationships and, in turn, foster greater employee engagement!
