The Hawaii Employers Council has released the final report of the 2014 Health Care Pay Rate Survey.  The seventeenth annual survey HEC has conducted for this industry, this year's survey report includes private sector and public sector date from 56 different facilities and pay rate infomration for 126 positions.  In addition to pay rate information, highlights include infomraitonon pay practices, pay differentials, and exempt/non-exempt status.  Three new positions were included in this year's survey:  APRN, Director of Development, and MDS Coordinator.
