HEC Hosting Branded Customer Service Training on September 4

"Brand" is what defines a company.  It represents all that the company stands for and the reason the company exists.  Regardless of the business you're in and the products or services you provide, your customers expect a delightful experience each and every time they encounter your brand.

 

In this morning program, which will be held in HEC's Kahili Meeting Room, Cynthia Kitagawa with Insight Consulting & Training, will teach participants how to develop a winning customer service program that delivers on an organization's brand promises and keeps customers coming back for more.  Through small group exercises participants will be introduced to the "Cycle of Service" and have the opportunity to create your company's unique Cycle of Service.
