Hawaii Employers Council invites mangers to a morning program on September 11 to explore their Emotional Intelligence, which has been called the "Best Predictor of Leadership Success."  Participants will learn fundamental building blocks of effective leadership, including self-awareness, self-control, social awareness and relationship building.  This session, which will be held in HEC's Kahili Meeting Room, will feature Wendy Nakamura with FORESIGHT Leadership Development.  Participants will have the opportunity to increase awareness of their leadership strengths, limitations and motivators, as well as the needs and motivators of others.
