The names of the Board nominees will appear on the proxy ballot that will be sent to members by October 26, 2014.  Under HEC's by-laws, other individuals may be nominated to the HEC Board if (1) the individual represents an HEC member located in a county with a Board vacancy; (2) the individual's nomination includes signatures from at least ten (10) HEC members; (3) the individual is willing to serve on the Board, and (4) the nomination and supporting signatures are received by October 21, 2014.  Write-in nominations should be sent to Sheri-Ann Lau Clark at the Hawaii Employers Council, 2682 Waiwai Loop, Honolulu, Hawaii.
