HEC will present a morning program on the Affordable Care Act for Large Employers on November 14.  The ACA, or "ObamaCare" as it is often referred to, is visionary in its attempt to standardize how health care coverage is provided across the United States.  But it's also confusing.  In this seminar, Terry O'Connell and Jennifer Yamanuha with Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel will simplify what the obligations are for large employers (with 50 or more employees) here in Hawaii, and explain the different effect the ACA has on your mainland counterparts.
