The National Labor Relations Board recently issued rules amending its procedures for representation elections.  To ensure that employers are prepared to meet the new requirements imposed by these rules, Torkildson, Katz, Moore, Hetherington & Harris will offer complimentary workshops for HEC members and others on Thursday and Tuesday evenings, January 8 and 13, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in the firm's offices.
