Company wellness programs can decrease employee health care costs and increase productivity. The presenters in this half-day seminar will arm you with legal and practical tips to ensure successful implementation of your wellness program. In the first half of this seminar, Terri O'Connell and Karyn Okada, two experienced health care attorneys from Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel, will address common legal concerns associated with wellness programs. In the second half of this seminar, Mae Lynne Swoboda, Prevention and Health Education Supervisor at Kaiser Permanente, will share real life examples of what programs worked and didn't work, and the reasons behind the successes and failures.
