HEC hosting Workshop on "Driving Innovation: Turning the Key and Pressing on the Gas" on April 30

Published Thursday, March 26, 2015 3:29 pm

We live in a world where Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA) are the new normal.  New technologies, introduced worldwide on a daily basis, are creating an unprecedented pace of change in the world of work.  Innovation is critical for organizations to remain relevant and competitive in the 21st century.  The challenge, though, is in creating a culture where innovation thrives and all parties are motivated and inspired to "adopt technology or business models that meet customers' unstated or future needs," the ultimate goal of innovation as shared by renowned Harvard Business School professor, Clayton Christensen.

In this morning workshop, led by Cynthia Kitagawa with Insight Consulting and Training, participants will learn the value of and obstacles to innovation, as well as tips on creating a culture of innovation.
