The Insurance Division of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) has released a small group plan comparison guide for plans effective October 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.  The guide provides updated information for small businesses to review and compare the premiums they are currently paying against small group plans available under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).  Plan rates from HMSA, Kaiser, UHA, HMAA and Family Health Hawaii are included in the guide, to enable small businesses to understand and evaluate premium options available for employee coverage.
