Hawaii Employers Council is proud to present a six-part management training series on "Creating the Next Level of Managers".  The series, which runs between September 10 and November 5, will feature a range of topics and presenters on issues of critical importance to developing managers.  On September 10, Sarah Wang with Marr Jones and Wang will present an all-day program on "Conducting Effective Investigations."  On September 24, Faustino Dagdag with Profit Works will present a morning program on "Managing Employee Engagement."  On October 1, Trinidad Hunt with Elan Enterprises will present an all-day program entitled "Enhance Creativity Now."  On October 14, Tracy Wiltgen with The Mediation Center of the Pacific will present an all-day program on "Mediation for Managers."  On October 29, Gwen Yamamoto Lau with HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union will present a morning program on "Managing Your Resources."  Wendy Nakamura with FORESIGHT Leadership Development will present a morning program on "Emotional Intelligence" on November 5.  These programs will be held in HEC's Kahili Meeting Room, and will teach participants the skills they need to fine-tune their management skills.
