Hawaii Employers Council has begun a video series for busy HR professionals to get quick updates on human resources and labor relations matters.  In its second video, Research & Compensation Services Manager Cathy Keaulani covers what an organization can do to gain a pulse check on its base pay levels, including utilizing market pricing to better understand external value of jobs.  The video series will be accessible on the HEC website, and additional content will be posted on a monthly basis.
