On February 15, 2016, the Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations issued updates on its Wage Rate Schedule Bulletin and Apprentice Schedule Bulletin.  These schedules determine the applicable prevailing wage determination for each classification of workers and apprentices working on public construction projects under Chapter 104, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
