Now more than ever, employees tasked with HR duties face a wide range of challenges, including increased enforcement of the Fair Labor Standards Act, pending legislation regarding workers' compensation, evolving definitions of covered disabilities, increasing oversight by OSHA/HIOSH, and more.  To ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to get the job done right, HEC is pleased to present a 6-part series providing the building blocks of compliance that every worker with entry to mid-level knowledge of HR matters should have to get ahead.  The series begins on Thursday, April 28, with a session on Family Leave Laws, and continues on May 12 with a session on Wage and Hour Law.  Participants who complete the entire series will receive an HR Foundations Certificate of Completion!
