Last week, the Department of Labor ("DOL") issued new rules governing the executive, administrative and professional exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act.  HEC's Clayton Kamida and Ryan Sanada will be joined by Linda VanDeventer with Buck Consultants for a morning program on May 25 to discuss the rule changes and strategies that employers can use to implement them by the December 1, 2016 effective date.
