HEC has been conducting and publishing comprehensive, reliable, and useful surveys for over 30 years focused on the Hawaii Market, and these survey reports have proven to be a valuable resource to members.  Through the years, we continue to enhance and develop new surveys, in support of members' business needs.  We currently publish over 20 survey reports, covering compensation data and pay practices.  Three surveys are focused on specific areas within Human Resources:  Human Resource Practices, Benefit Plans, and Retirement Plans.

 

We are committed to the survey services offered to HEC members and continue to seek for ways to enhance the value of these services.  We are excited to introduce a new survey platform which will provide for a new online survey submission process and experience.  Enhanced features will include ease of survey completion, secure data uploads, and new ways to view the final survey report.

 

The Pay Rates in Hawaii survey will be the first of our surveys to be offered in this new platform.  Additional communication will be forthcoming.
