Survey participation is now open for Hawaii Employers Council's 2016 Human Resource Practices Survey on the new online survey platform. This new platform provides users a secure and simpler online survey experience.
Be part of the movement and help shape the survey results by participating! Only survey participants will be able to access the survey results, due for release in early 2017, allowing them to benchmark their organization against other local companies.
Data surveyed in the Human Resource Practices Survey relates to the following policies and practices:
- Employment Practices
- Work Policies
- Pay Practices
- Benefits (other than Health and Welfare)
- Other Policies
- Human Resource Staffing
For instance, with regard to HR Staffing, prior surveys indicated that HR departments served less employees in 2013 than in 2007 and 2010.
Key dates to remember:
- Survey submission date: Friday, December 30, 2016
- Survey report publication: First quarter of 2017
