In case you missed it, we have posted a recorded version of HEC's 2017 Legislative Wrap-Up webinar on our website.  In this Members Only program, Ryan Sanada, HEC's Director of Legal and Government Affairs, discussed several employment-related bills that were passed during the 2017 legislative session.  These bills are now sitting on the Governor's desk awaiting his approval or veto and will amend Hawaii law regarding workers' compensation, payment of wages, the Hawaii Family Leave Law, and occupational safety and health violations.
