Hawaii Employers Council released the 2017 Professional, Administrative and Management Salary Survey Report last week. This annual survey provides actual base salaries, bonus or incentive pay, total cash compensation and salary ranges for one hundred twenty professional, administrative and management jobs found in private companies and government agencies.

The PAM survey was conducted between May and August of 2017. One hundred eighty-nine private companies and government agencies in Hawaii participated in this year’s survey. Pay data reported were effective May 1, 2017 and cover full-time employees only. All rates are reported as annual salaries.

The survey reported on six new jobs this year: Business Analyst, Logistics Analyst, Engineering Director, Logistics Manager, Field Superintendent Construction, Project Engineer II.
