Hawaii Employers Council is pleased to welcome Megan Jorah as an HR Consultant. Megan joins the Council after working in human resources for over 10 years. She worked most recently as a Human Resources Business Partner at American Savings Bank. In that role, Megan provided HR consulting and advisory services and analyzed people-related metrics, trends, and root causes to develop solutions to help increase employee engagement, performance, and results. Megan received her Masters of Human Resource Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of Hawaii - West Oahu.
