The Disability Compensation Division of Hawaii's Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DLIR) has published the 2018 schedule for maximum weekly wage base and maximum weekly benefit amounts for temporary disability insurance (TDI) and workers' compensation (WC). These 2018 thresholds are slightly higher than those set in 2017, as indicated in the table below.

The DLIR also recently published the tax rate schedule and maximum weekly benefit amount for unemployment insurance (UI) for 2018. Next year, Hawaii employers will be subject to the same contribution rate schedule C. However, the taxable wage base per employee and the maximum weekly benefit amount are both increasing next year for UI purposes.
