Hawaii Employers Council is pleased to release the results of the 2018 National Business Trends Survey, a survey provided through the partnership of various Employer Associations throughout the nation. The survey was conducted during the months of September and October 2017 and solicited data from executives at 1,528 organizations, covering more than 2,471 employer locations in all 50 states participated in this study. Participants were requested to provide responses to various questions to identify organization business plans for the coming year. Based on the overall and Hawaii results, it appears the majority of responding executives continue to be optimistic about the future.
