If benchmarking your organization's pay, benefits or HR practices with those of other Hawai'i organizations is at the top of your 2018 To-Do List, HEC is here to help!  This year, the Council will publish host of valuable surveys with the data you need to support your organization’s strategic initiatives and goals.  An updated copy of our 2018 survey schedule is available for your reference.

During Q1, the Council's Research and Compensations Services department will coordinate the following surveys: executive, golf and membership clubs, law firms, turnover and sick, and health care pay rate.  To receive a copy of a survey's final report, members are encouraged to participate in the survey.
