The Hawaii Employers Council held its 75th Annual Meeting and Luncheon on November 13, 2018 at Sheraton Waikiki.  The morning started with a program by Neil Sullivan, who spoke about Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team.  The second session featured a panel of three distinguished leaders in Hawaii – John Komeiji, Toby Taniguchi, and Beth Whitehead – who spoke about managing change and transformation within their respective companies.  The panel was moderated by Clayton Kamida.  The luncheon included a president’s report by Clayton Kamida and keynote speech by Donna Hartley.  For a brief recap of the Annual Meeting, click here.
