On December 1, the Disability Compensation Division of Hawaii's Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DLIR) posted the Maximum Weekly Wage Base and Maximum Weekly Benefit Amount for Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI) and Workers’ Compensation (WC) laws for 2019.  The 2019 thresholds are slightly higher than those set in 2018, as indicated in the table below.
