The Wage Standards Division of the Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (“DLIR”) is hosting a FREE workshop on Chapter 104 of the Hawaii Revisted Statutes regarding Wages and Hours of Employees on Public Works.  Learn about penalty and appeal provisions, certified payrolls, common mistakes to avoid, and the procedures of the Wage Standards Division.
