Get your company recognized!  You have just a couple of days left to nominate your company for the Pacific Business News 2019 Hawaii’s Best Workplaces.  PBN is looking for companies with the best culture, leadership, and engaged employees.  There will be three categories:  Small (10-49 employees), Medium (50-99 employees), and Large (100+ employees).  PBN will also be recognizing individuals in each size category for their efforts in creating their workplace’s engaging environment.

Honored companies will be celebrated at an awards celebration on October 17, 2019 in Honolulu.  Honorees will be profiled in the Pacific Business News Hawaii's Best Workplaces publication.

Is My Company Eligible?

Organizations that employ at least 10 employees on Oahu and all neighboring islands are eligible.  Survey participants must work in Hawaii, but your company does not have to be headquartered in Hawaii.  For more details, click here.

How Can My Company Participate?

To nominate your company, simply complete the short nomination form by May 31.  In the first week of June, you will be sent survey setup instructions.  Encourage employees to take the confidential online survey.  Your organization will be ranked by six core areas of engagement:  (1) communication and resources, (2) individual needs, (3) manager effectiveness, (4) personal engagement, (5) team dynamics, and (6) trust in leadership.

All companies that participate will receive a free overview report showing their survey results.  The scores and names of non-winning companies are kept strictly confidential and never made public.
